江西省民营企业转型升级发展模式研究

【摘要】 面对世界金融危机的冲击和市场环境的变化,江西省民营企业越来越意识到了转型升级对企业发展的重要性,但由于在转型升级的过程中受企业家创新精神缺失、质量管理松散、创新能力与投入不足等问题的制约,企业转型升级面临重重困难。本文针对当前江西省民营企业转型升级的存在的主要问题,提出了产品创新升级、产业组织创新升级、管理创新升级、市场创新升级、贸易创新升级五种转型升级发展模式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the impacts of the world financial crisis and the changes of the market environment, the majority of private enterprises in Jiangxi province have been increasingly aware of the importance of the transformation and upgrading. However, due to the restrictions of inadequate entrepreneurial innovative spirit, loose quality management, insufficient innovation abilities and investments in the process of the transformation and upgrading, private enterprises are in difficulties. In view of the major methods and the main contents for the transformation and upgrading, the author puts forward the development models of product innovation, industrial organization innovation, management innovation, market innovation and trade innovation.更多还原
