【Abstract】 By using the network alliance theory,this paper analyzes the three dimensions of the R&D network alliance properties such as structure,relationship and location,and takes the three key elements of cooperative development capabilities,knowledge transformation capacities and open innovation capabilities as variables to research the impacts of R& D network alliance attributes on SMEs’ R&D competitiveness,which can provide SMEs with a theoretical support to obtain a competitive advantage of cooperative R&D capabilities for new products in the R&D network alliance as to continuously enhance the technological innovation capabilities of China’s small and medium enterprises in the fierce international market competition.更多还原
