基于金融生态视角的我国房地产价格调控问题研究

【摘要】 房地产价格调控是一个持续的长期工程。房地产价格调控重在"疏",而不是"堵"。本文从金融生态的持续发展角度,将房地产价格调控纳入金融生态圈,研究房地产价格调控的有效策略。从房价变动与金融生态循环的关联性分析入手,指出二者之间的相互依存关系,提出房地产价格调控必须动用有效的财政、金融手段,纳入金融生态圈进行有效调节。本文创新之处在于提出开发与房地产相关联的信托业务的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The regulation of the real estate prices is an ongoing long-term project.From the viewpoint of sustainable development of financial ecology,this paper integrates the regulation of the real estate prices into the financial ecology and conducts a study on effective strategies of the real estate prices.Starting from the association between real estate price changes and financial ecological cycle,the author suggests that the real estate prices should be regulated by effective fiscal and financial means and proposes some countermeasures of developing the trust business associated with the development of real estates.更多还原
