【摘要】 目的:探讨针对性护理干预在慢性乙型肝炎患者中应用效果。方法:将124例慢性乙型肝炎患者患者随机分为研究组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予针对性护理干预。比较两组有效率、住院时间、治疗依从性及治疗3、6、12、18、24个月肝脏炎症缓解率。结果:两组治疗有效率、住院时间、治疗依从性及治疗3、6、12、18、24个月肝脏炎症缓解率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预可有效提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的治疗依从性,缩短住院时间,改善治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of application of targeted nursing intervention to patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods: 124 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(62 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the study group were additionally given targeted nursing intervention.The effective rate,the length of hospital stay,treatment compliance and the inflammatory remission rate of liver after treatment for 3,6,12,18,24 months were compared between the two groups.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the effective rate,the length of hospital stay,treatment compliance and the inflammatory remission rate of liver after treatment for 3,6,12,18,24 months between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B,shorten the hospitalization days and enhance the effect of treatment.更多还原
