【摘要】 目的:探讨呋喃西林溶液在高龄患者气管切口消毒中的应用效果。方法:将48例长期卧床并行气管切开的高龄皮肤敏感患者随机分为呋喃西林消毒组26例和碘伏消毒组22例,在常规换药基础上,分别采用呋喃西林溶液和碘伏对气管切口进行消毒,消毒前后分别用咽拭子取样作细菌及真菌培养。观察并记录切口局部感染情况、皮肤反应性,进行分析比较。结果:呋喃西林组皮肤反应程度轻于碘伏组(P<0.01),铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌感染率低于碘伏组(P<0.05),而肺炎链球菌感染率与碘伏组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:用呋喃西林溶液进行气管切开处皮肤消毒刺激性小,且能有效预防常见细菌感染,适合高敏皮肤患者使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of Furacilin solution to incision disinfection in elderly patients with tracheotomy.Methods:48 long-term bedridden elderly and skin sensitive patients who underwent tracheotomy were randomly divided into the Furacilin disinfection group(n=26) and Iodophor disinfection group(n=22).Furacilin solution and Iodophor were used for incision disinfection of tracheotomy based on the conventional dressing,and then swab sampling for bacterial and fungal culture was conducted.The local wound infection and the skin reactivity were observed and recorded and the collected data were comparatively analyzed.Results:The degree of the skin reactions was milder in the Furacilin disinfection group than Iodophor disinfection group(P<0.01);the infection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa,stenotrophomonas maltophilia,Bauman acinetobacter was lower in the Furacilin disinfection group than Iodophor disinfection group(P<0.05);the difference in the comparison of the infection rate of streptococcus pneumoniae was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Furacilin solution used for incision disinfection of tracheotomy has little skin irritation and can effectively prevent the common bacterial infection,it is suitable for the sensitive skin.更多还原
