基于环境视域的大学生创业意愿分析——以南京市5所高校大学生为例

【摘要】 社会环境中的各种因素都会对创业主体产生重要的影响。通过实证研究手段,对南京市五所高校大学生进行调查,分析周围人的意见、社会创业氛围、创业政策等对大学生创业意愿的影响,并针对目前我国大学生的外界创业环境不容乐观的现状,提出了改善大学生创业环境的相关建议。

【Abstract】 Various social and environment factors will place important impacts on entrepreneurs.In this paper,students from five colleges in Nanjing are selected to study ther entrepreneurial willingness.Factors including the views of the people around them,the atmosphere of social entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurship policy are analyzed.The results show that the entrepreneurial environment for college students is not optimistic.Based on this survey,some relevant suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial environment of college students are proposed.
