电流密度对ZA43微弧氧化膜层摩擦性能的影响

【摘要】 利用微弧氧化技术在ZA43合金表面原位生成了陶瓷层,通过SEM、XRD和摩擦磨损试验机分析了不同电流密度处理膜层的表面形貌、相组成以及磨损试验后的摩擦学行为和磨痕形貌。结果表明,陶瓷层主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3相组成;在干摩擦条件下,陶瓷层摩擦系数随电流密度的增加逐渐增大,表明陶瓷层耐磨性随电流密度的增加而降低;电流密度一定时,摩擦系数随载荷的提升而增大。磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主。

【Abstract】 Situ ceramic coatings were fabricated on ZA43 alloy by micro-arc oxidation.The surface morphology,phase composition,tribological behavior and abrasive morphology of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings formed in different current density were investigated by electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and friction and wear tests respectively.The tested results indicate that the ceramic coatings are made up of a mixture of α-alumina and γ-alumina,under a dry sliding wear condition,the friction coefficient of wear scar increases with current density which indicates that the wearing resistance of ceramic coating decreases with current density.Friction coefficient increases with load under a constant current density.The main erosion mechanisms were proved to be mainly grain wear.
