【摘要】 依托客车试验场可靠性试验数据,结合模糊集、可靠性理论、聚类分析相关理论,应用spss软件制定指标标准值,采用专家打分法得到指标权重,建立了基于综合评判数学模型的客车可靠性评价方法。利用该综合评判法对10辆试验总里程均为30 000 km样车的可靠性单项指标进行了可靠性评价。结果表明,采用综合评判法对营运客车的可靠性进行评价是一种科学有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reliability test data of passenger car and combined with the fuzzy set,reliability theory and clustering analysis method,the standard values of indicators for reliability evaluation is defined by using SPSS and index weight values are determined with experts’ marking system.Thus a reliability evaluation method of passenger car based on comprehensive evaluation mathematical model is established.The method is used to conduct reliability evaluation of individual indicators for 10 sample cars,each with a total test mileage of 30 000 km.The results prove that comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating the reliability of passenger cars in operation is scientific and effective.更多还原
