【Abstract】 Addressing the phenomenon of information missing in the emergency decision-making process,an information flow model is proposed.Firstly,the information in the decision-making process is formalized and the mechanism of information missing is discussed.Secondly,the types of information missing are analyzed from two perspectives of decision-making space and information space.Finally,the reasons and influences of information missing are discussed from the subjective and objective aspects.更多还原
