【摘要】 从知识类生物模型出发,分析了知识发展的本质规律,丰富和发展了知识的类生物属性,提出知识基因论是知识类生物模型的重要组成部分,深入研究知识基因在企业创新过程中的作用与反馈机制,将企业创新过程分为知识基因指导知识体形成和知识体作用于客观对象两个阶段。在此基础上,从知识基因的角度,深入探析了组织创意形成的知识基因发酵过程,提出了企业创新中知识体形成的两条路径以及企业创新的两种类型,并用知识基因理论对两种类型的创新的本质特征与发生条件进行深入解析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the quasi-biotic model of knowledge development,the essential quasi-biotic attributes of knowledge development has been explored.As an important constitution of quasi-biotic model,the feedback mechanism for operation of knowledge meme in enterprise innovation process has been proposed.Two stages of enterprise innovation process have been proposed as the formation of knowledge organism under the instruction of knowledge meme and the operation on objective world under the instruction of knowledge organism.Based on the model,the fermenting process of knowledge meme for the forming of knowledge organism has been explored and two paths have been put forward.Two kinds of innovation have been distinguished and anatomized from the perspective of knowledge meme.更多还原
