【Abstract】 In the current Sino-US climate negotiation,the two countries debated around a series of issues,which has affected the process of climate negotiation seriously.In the process of the negotiation,a framework must be established.In this regard,climate justice can and should be an important basic principle.A national climate policy must be established on the basis of climate justice.As two major countries of greenhouse gas emission,China and the USA should,under the principle of climate justice,strengthen inter-governmental cooperation to face the common threat from climate change.更多还原
