【摘要】 目的:调查贵州省农村惊厥性癫患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,为农村癫患者的综合治疗提供依据。方法:采用ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对贵州省农村癫项目县开阳、惠水、凤岗的癫患者进行调查分析,并以健康成人进行对照。结果:共计305例农村癫患者完成调查过程,均存在明显的抑郁症状,SDS抑郁评分(55±4.5)分,明显高于健康对照组(37±3.6)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑郁程度达到中重度抑郁(0.687);癫患者的SAS评分虽没有达到焦虑的诊断标准。但也明显高于健康对照组。结论:贵州农村惊厥性癫患者存在明显的抑郁症状,焦虑评分也明显高于健康对照组,农村癫患者的精神状态应该受到高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objcctive:To investigate the prevalence of depression and anxiety in adult patients with convulsive epilepsy in rural area of Guizhou Province,so as to provide evidence for synthetic therapy for epileptic patients.Methods.-ZUNG Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the prevalence of depression and anxiety in 305 patients with epilepsy from Kaiyang,Huishui,Huaxi and Fenggang counties of Giuzhou Province.Normal subjects in the same area were used as controls.Results:In our study,a total of 305 patients with epilepsy underwent this investi gation.Significant depression was observed in every patient with epilepsy as compared with the controls. SDS scores in epileptic patients(55±4.5 points)increased remarkably compared with the normal control(37±3.6 points).Significant difference was noted.The degree of depression was moderately to severe(0.687).The epileptic group displayed obvious symptom of anxiety although it didnot reached the criteria for the diagnosis of anxiety.Conclusion:The epileptic patients from the rural area of Guizhou Province have significant symptom of depression.The SAS point of epileptic patients is higher than normal sub jects.High attention should be paid to the the mental state of rural people with epilepsy.更多还原
