【摘要】 文章梳理了坦桑尼亚的贫困概况、减贫历程以及面临的主要挑战。坦桑尼亚的贫困主要为农村贫困,农业增长率远低于国家增长战略预定的目标,而人口增长速度较快,贫困率长期居高不下。针对贫困状况,坦桑尼亚政府制定了一系列远景及中短期减贫计划,并在进入21世纪之后进一步将这些计划与联合国千年发展目标相结合,以使坦桑尼亚在可见的未来发展成为一个没有贫困的中等收入国家。但是根据千年发展目标的各项指标,其实际增长及减贫的效果并不明显。此外,国际国内复杂多变的政治经济局势以及对国际援助的过多依赖都决定了坦桑尼亚未来减贫的成效不容乐观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tanzania is a country with high rural poverty rate,which results from its rather low agricultural growth rate yet high population growth rate.To fight against poverty,the Tanzanian government has put forward a series of short-term and long-term poverty reduction plans and in the new millennium has further integrated these plans into the UN Millennium Development Goals.But measured by the indicators of the Millennium Development Goals,the outcome of these plans is not so optimistic.Besides,the complex changing international political and economic situations as well as Tanzania’s dependence on the international development aid all have determined that Tanzania still has a long way to go to eradicate its poverty.更多还原
