【摘要】 通过考察和学习美国肉牛业的先进生产经验,可以得出以下结论:内蒙古肉牛产业若要真正实现安全、高效、健康、可持续发展,还要从种源建设、杂交生产利用、短期集中育肥、专业化屠宰以及提高产品附加值等方面作进一步的提高和完善。

【Abstract】 Through learning from the advanced experience of American beef cattle industry, it is concluded that: to come true safe, efficient and healthy sustainable development of Inner Mongolia beef industry, it need improve and perfect the following aspects including provenance construction, hybrid production using, short-term focus fattening, specialized slaughter, enhancing the product added value, etc.
