钕铁硼磁体不可逆磁损失的近似普适规律

【摘要】 在钕铁硼磁体磁性近似普适规律的基础上,研究了不可逆磁损失的近似普适规律,得到不可逆磁损失近似普适规律的数学表达式.如果给出样品的退磁曲线和样品内的退磁因子,就可以估算样品在200℃以下的不可逆磁损失,而且不需要对样品进行加热处理及其后的测量,得到的计算结果与实测结果相吻合.

【Abstract】 The thermal stability of NdFeB magnet includes three kinds of magnetic loss at high temperature: reversible magnetic loss,irreversible magnetic loss and aging magnetic loss.In application the most noteworthy is the irreversible magnetic loss.We studied the approximate universal formula of irreversible magnetic loss by using mathematical expressions of the approximate universal formula of magnetic properties of NdFeB magnet in this paper.On the basis of this study,we obtained a method,of which we could estimate the irreversible magnetic loss of samples at various temperature(below 200 ℃) when we have only demagnetization curve and demagnetization factor of the samples.We need not heat the sample and measure after heating.The calculation results are in good agreement with experimental results.
