【Abstract】 The Modern bulk power system has been one of the backbone industries of national economy,and its blackout will result in tremendous losses.This paper makes a review on the blackout cases of bulk power systems around the world and analyzes their mechanisms based on typical case studies.In terms of technical management and security management,these happened blackouts are thought over,and the countermeasures to possible blackouts in China Southern Power Grid are proposed.更多还原
