【摘要】 台湾政治改革是后发现代化地区(国家)完成政治转型的成功典范,而蒋经国在这其中扮演了启动转型的关键角色。他认同西方民主理念,积极推行民主宪政,力图把西方民主理念与中国传统文化相结合。他重视民主选举并不断开放更高层级的选举。在社会结构与思想观念渐趋变化的过程中,他果敢地放弃已不合时宜的观念,顺应时代发展,回应民意诉求,适时启动台湾自由化进程,以包容、有序、渐进的改革策略推动政治转型,最终给台湾社会带来善治和新路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taiwan’s political reform was a successful case of the post-modernized regions or countries in the completion of the political transition.Chiang Ching-kuo played a pivotal role in the political reform.He agreed with the Western democratic ideas and actively promoted the implement of the democratic constitutionalism,trying to combine the Western democratic ideas and the traditional Chinese culture.He attached great importance to democratic elections and promoted democratic elections at higher levels.In the process of changes of the social structure and ideas,he resolutely abandoned inopportune or inappropriate concepts,complied with the development of the times,and responded to public demands.He timely started the process of liberalization in Taiwan,and promoted the political transition with the inclusive,orderly and progressive reform strategy.His reform brought the good governance and new road to Taiwan society.更多还原
