【摘要】 我国高等职业教育经过了十多年跨越式发展,从人才培养模式到专业和课程的改革,总结出一系列成功的经验和做法。同时也存在着简单粗糙、僵化教条、缩水减量、同质划一等诸多弊病。知识经济形态的日益成熟以及我国产业结构的调整,时以就业为导向、以培养学生专业技能为主要任务的高职教育人才培养质量提出了更高的要求,高职教育对"高素质技能型人才"这一培养目标的理解与实施也应与时俱进和不断提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 After a decade of leapfrog development,our vocational education has summed up a series of successful experiences and practices from the personnel training mode to the curriculum reform.But there are existed many maladies:simple and rough,rigid dogma,shrink reduction,homogeneity uniform and other.The knowledge-based economy has become more sophisticated as well as the adjustment of the industrial structure in China,this kind of situation put forward higher requirements for quality of vocational education,which training objectives is employment-oriented and to develop students’ professional skills.The understanding and implement to the object of "higher quality talent" of higher vocational education should keep pace with the times,and constantly improve in the training objectives.更多还原
