【摘要】 阐述了一套矿用标准气体自动配比系统,系统是基于PC机与C8051F020单片机,采用自动控制配气技术,利用质量流量控制器控制气体流量,同时运用红外气体检测模块对浓度进行实时检测,配制所需浓度的标准气体。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a set of automatic matching system about mine standard gas.The system,based on PC and C8051F020 microcontroller,uses automatic control gas-matching technology and mass flow controller to control gas-flow rate,and adopts infrared gas detection module to detect gas concentration and prepare standard gas of required concentration.
