【摘要】 探讨在Y200S型电子多臂小样织机生产纱罗织物的方法。将Y200S型电子多臂小样织机综框高度加高了6 cm,并介绍了绞综的安装方法。介绍了小样织机张力控制机构及其使用方法,有效地解决了织制纱罗织物时绞经和地经的张力差异问题。最终试织的纱罗织物质量较好,满足了生产试织的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Method of producing cross woven fabric on Y200S electronic dobby sample loom was discussed.Heald frame height of Y200S electronic dobby sample loom was increased 6 cm,the installation method of crossing heddle was introduced.The sample loom tension control mechanism and its use method were introduced tensile.Difference between crossing warp and ground warp was solved effectively when weaving cross woven fabric.Finally quality of cross woven fabric is better,demands of weaving can be reached.更多还原
