【Abstract】 Rural collective economy is an important economic base of socialism with Chinese characteristics in rural area.Developing the rural collective economy need deepen the "five awareness": Deng Xiaoping,both the supporter of the household contract responsibility system and the creator of the theory of "two leaps;" CPC Central Committee has clear instructions about developing the rural collective economy,which need more practical emphasis of all levels of government;Developing the rural collective economy is both a need to improve farmers’ well-being,but also the need to enhance the Party’s cohesion;new rural collective economy is compatible with the socialist market economy,consistent with the goal of common prosperity of the economy in the form;Developing the rural collective economy need to make use of the market to optimize resource allocation,guard against the capital eroding the fundamental interests of the farmers.更多还原
