【摘要】 回顾性分析本科16例皮肤结节病患者的临床表现、实验室检查和组织病理等资料。16例皮肤结节病患者中男女比例为1:2.2,12例(75%)皮损累及面部,4例(25%)累及纵膈及两肺门淋巴结,11例(68.8%)曾被误诊,5例皮肤受累合并肺部病变者予糖皮质激素治疗后均明显好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Clinical,laboratory and pathological data were analyzed in 16 patients with sacoidosis.Methods:The ratio of male to female was 1:2.2.Face was involved in 12(75%) patients,involvement of lymph nodes of the mediastinum in 4 patients,misdiagnosed in 11(69%) patients.Five patients who suffered from both skin lesions and pulmonary lesions got better after being treated with glucocorticoid.更多还原
