【摘要】 目的:检测银屑病患者外周血CD16~+CD56~+NK细胞水平,确定其与皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)的相关性。方法:对41例银屑病患者进行PASI评分,并采用流式细胞术检测银屑病患者及对照组外周血CD16~+CD56~+NK细胞水平。结果:实验组患者外周血中CD16~+CD56~+NK细胞较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),且与PASI评分呈正相关。结论:银屑病患者外周血CD16~+CD56~+NK细胞水平可反映银屑病的严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the level of peripheral blood NK cells and to determine the correlation with psoriasis area and severity index(PASl).Methods:PASl was scored in 41 psoriasis patients,and flow cytometry was used to measure the percentages of CD16~+ CD56~+ NK cells in the peripheral blood of psoriasis patients and normal controls. Results:The percentage of NK cells in the peripheral blood was significantly lower in psoriatic patients than in normal controls(P < 0.05).The expression of CD16~+ CD56~+ NK cells and PASI score were positively correlated(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The level of circulating NK cells may reflect the clinical severity in psoriatic patients.更多还原
