【Abstract】 With the advent of the era of globalization,national consciousness in the national sense is slowly fading.As a result of its innate exclusivity and confrontationality,nationalism forfeits its only source of national identity.However,the nation-state,as the organizational form of the basic political unit of the world pattern today,still has its legitimacy and can not be replaced.And therefore supranational constitutional patriotism could not escape the fate of Utopia.The construction of rational patriotism should be based on the interpretation of the basic values of the national symbol system,and should take this as civic centripetal force to form a coherent political culture.Only in this way can we achieve the organic fusion of nationalism and institutional identity.更多还原
