【摘要】 为探讨活血化瘀法在颅脑外伤应用中的研究进展,而在万方、维普数据库检索近几年来活血化瘀法在颅脑外伤应用的相关文献,总结活血化瘀法治疗颅脑外伤的相关机理与经验。近年来相关文献报道表明,活血化瘀法在颅脑外伤的应用研究方面取得了较大进展,临床实践也证明了其前景光明。但也存在问题。从循证医学的思维出发,根本于中医学辨证论治的思想,结合运用现代科技所提供血瘀证的微观依据作为辨证的微观证候,并在此基础上,指导临床应用活血化瘀法治疗颅脑外伤,将会取得更显著的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to discuss the research progress on the application of method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on craniocerebral trauma,we retrieved relevant literature in recent years about the application of method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on craniocerebral trauma in ChianInfo,VIP database and summarized related mechanism and experience on treating craniocerebral trauma through method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.To indicate relevant literature reports in recent years,great progress has been made in the application and researches of method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on craniocerebral trauma and its bright prospect has been proved by clinical practice but some problems are still there.To guide the clinical application of method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on craniocerebral trauma according to the thinking of evidence-based medicine and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,and combined with the microscopic basis of blood stasis syndrome provided by modern science and technology as microscopic syndrome for making syndrome,more remarkable curative effect will be obtained.更多还原
