流苏花的化学成分研究

【摘要】 采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,研究了流苏花的化学成分。综合运用波谱学方法鉴定分离得到的化合物的结构。从流苏花中共分离的9个化合物,分别鉴定为表松脂酚(1)、连翘苷(2)、木犀草素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、山奈酚(4)、乌苏酸(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、异香兰酸(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(8)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(9)。上述9个化合物均为首次从流苏花中分离得到,化合物1~3和化合物5~9为首次从流苏属中分离得到。

【Abstract】 To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Chionanthus retusa Lindl et Paxt,the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-pre-HPLC( High Performance Liquid Chromatography),and spectroscopic methods were used for the structural elucidation. Nine compounds were isolated from the flower of Chionanthus retusa. The compounds were obtained and identified as( +)- Epipinoresinol( 1),Forsythin( 2),Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside( 3), Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside( 4),Ursolic acid( 5),Oleanic acid( 6),Isovanillic acid( 7),3,4- Dihydroxybenzoic acid( 8),3,4- Dihydroxyphenylethanol( 9). All these compounds are isolated from the flowers of Chionanthus retusa for the first time. Compounds 1-3,5-9 are obtained from the genus Chionanthus for the first time.
