【摘要】 高龄老年人的长期照护是老年人公共服务领域的重要议题。中国老年人的长期照护实务研究较少被关注,学界和政策界有必要对此问题加以重新认识。综述了相关文献,揭示了高龄老年人长期照护实务研究面临的三大挑战,分别是失能老年人评估指标体系与长期照护实务尚未契合、老年人长期照护服务体系尚未健全和长期照护与医疗服务的边界尚未明确。试图从国家和市场两者不同程度的结合,分析探讨中国高龄老年人长期照护模式,并分别回应了如何应对长期照护实务研究中面临的三大挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 The long-term care of the oldest-old is an important issue in the area of public service for the elderly. There is little research on the practice of long-term care of the elderly in China and it is necessary for researchers and officers to pay more attention to this issue. Through the relevant literature review, this paper reveals three major challenges facing by long-term care of the elderly.First, the evaluation index system of frail elderly and the practice of long-term care have not yet been fit. Second, the long-term care system has not been set up yet. Third, the boundary between longterm care and medical service is not yet clear. This study attempts to analyze the elderly long-term care model in China from the perspective of state and market, and to response three major challenges during the practice of long-term care.更多还原
