【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺手术中显露喉返神经对预防或降低喉返神经损伤的作用。方法 采取显露喉返神经的甲状腺手术380例,并与未显露喉返神经的316例对照,比较术后两组喉返神经损伤情况。结果 显露喉返神经组喉返神经暂时性损伤1例,发生率为0.3%,无永久性损伤病例,未显露喉返神经组喉返神经暂时性损伤13例(4.1%),永久性损伤11例(3.5%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺手术中常规显露喉返神经的方法可以有效降低喉返神经损伤的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of prevent or reduce the injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve through the exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroid operation.Method Take the exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid operation in 3 80 cases,and retrospectively analyzed the group 316 cases who diden’ t undergo the exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve,observation of two groups of postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.Results The group with the exposure of the recurrent laryngeal nerve had recurrent laryngeal nerve temporary injury in 1 case,the incidence rate was 0.3%,no permanent injury,the group without exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve had recurrent laryngeal nerve temporary injury in 13 cases,the incidence rate was 4.1%,11 cases of permanent injury,the incidence rate was 3.5%,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve in the thyroid operation can effectively reduce the incidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.更多还原
