【摘要】 目的 探究开颅夹闭术与血管内介入治疗前循环动脉瘤的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院2008年2月至2011年2月之间开颅夹闭术治疗的50例前循环动脉瘤患者为手术组和同期血管内介入术治疗的50例前循环动脉瘤患者为介入组,观察两组的临床效果。结果 手术组和介入组术后并发症发生率、死亡率和优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术组复发率低于介入组的复发率,但是两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术组住院时间明显长于介入组,两组比较差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床中对于前循环动脉瘤患者给予开颅夹闭术与血管内介入术治疗均具有较好的应用效果,临床中可以依据医师操作的熟练度和患者的病情状况进行合理地选取。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effect between neurosurgical clipping and endovascular coiling in treating patients with anterior circulation aneurysm.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 anterior circulation aneurysm cases between February 2008 and February 2011 was made. Fifty cases were performed neurosurgical clipping(surgery group) and the other fifty cases received endovascular embolization(intervention group) in our hospital.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two surgical treatment group were compared by statistical analysis.Results The differences in complication rate, mortality and good prognosis rate between the two groups were not significant(P > 0.05).The recurrence rate in the surgery group was significantly lower than that of the intervention group(P < 0.05).The hospital stay in the surgery group was significandy longer than that of the intervention group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Both neurosurgical clipping and endovascular embolization could achieve a satisfactory curative effect for patients with anterior circulation aneurysm.The appropriate choice should be made according to surgeons’ experience and patients’ condition..更多还原
