【摘要】 目的 了解贵阳市终末期肾脏疾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)接受维持性血液透析患者的一般状况、病因构成和生活质量现状。方法 收集贵阳市12个血液透析中心ESRD血液透析患者756例患者的一般资料、透析方法、肾脏病和生活质量问卷(KDQOL-SF36量表)等信息并进行分布特征描述。结果 756例患者中,男女之比为1.45:1.00;平均年龄(49.1±14.7)岁,原发病前三位分别为慢性肾小球肾炎407例(占53.84%)、糖尿病肾脏病132例(占17.46%)、高血压肾损害124例(占16.40%);患者月均总医疗费用为(6 072.55±3 381.01)元;不同透析时间的血液透析患者肾脏病和透析相关生活质量各维度得分具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 贵阳市维持血液透析患者中,其原发病以慢性肾小球肾炎为主;透析时间>60个月的血液透析患者生活质量、一般健康相关生活质量各维度得分较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the general condition,cause constitute and the quality of life of patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD) subject to maintenance hemodialysis in Guiyang.Methods The data from 756 cases of ESRD in 12 hemodialysis center of Guiyang were collected,including the general characteristics,dialysis method and KDQ OL-SFTM scale,and the distribution characteristics were described.Results Among the 756 cases,the sex ratio(male:female) was 1.45:1,the average age was(49.1±14.7) years,and the top three diseases were chronic glomerulonephritis in407 cases(53.84%),diabetic nephropathy in 132 cases(17.46%),and hypertensive renal damage in124 cases(16.40%).The average monthly total medical expenses was(6 072.55±3 381.01) yuna RMB.The dialysis-related quality of life scores in patients with different hemodialysis durations showed significant difference.Conclusions In all cases of Guiyang,the main primary disease was chronic glomerulonephritis,and the patients whose hemodialysis duration is over 60 months get the lower scores in quality of life and the general health-related quality of life.更多还原
