【摘要】 目的探讨结核性胸膜炎内科胸腔镜下的形态表现。方法分析35例通过内科胸腔镜检查和组织活检确诊的结核性胸膜炎的胸腔镜下表现特征。结果 35例镜下表现为(1)胸膜肥厚,纤维粘连或形成包裹腔5例;(2)胸膜弥漫性充血、水肿,粟粒样分散灰白或淡黄的小结节,胸膜白色片状改变13例;(3)粟粒样分散灰白或淡黄的小结节,结节融合17例。结论结核性胸膜炎内科胸腔镜下表现形态多样,对结核性胸膜炎的诊断具有较高临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the morphological features of tuberculous pleurisy under thoracoscopy and to evaluate its diagnostic value.Methods The morphological features and pathological results of 35 patients who had been diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy by thoracoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The manifestations included 5 cases of pachynsis pleurae,fabric adhesion,or encysted pleurisy,13 cases of pleural diffuse edema,miliary spread like gray or pale yellow nodules,and pleural changes in the white sheet,17 cases of miliary like gray or yellow scattered small nodules fusion.Conclusion The morphological features of tuberculous pleurisy are various under thoracoscopy,which have an important value in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.更多还原
