具有爬升速率限制的安全约束机组组合可行的条件(英文)
Feasibility Conditions for Security-constrained Unit Commitment with Ramp Rate Constraints
【摘要】 一般地,在Lagrangian松弛框架内求解安全约束机组优化调度问题可以分解为两个阶段:获得可行的机组组合和求解机组发电功率的经济分配。两个阶段的核心是对偶机组组合可行性的判定。给出了判定具有爬升速率限制的安全约束机组组合可行的两个充分必要条件和一个必要条件。这些条件对于判定安全约束机组组合的可行性,特别是构造可行机组组合和发电功率的经济分配具有非常重要的作用。利用IEEE标准测试数据测试了这些条件的有效性。
【Abstract】 Generally,the procedure for solving security constrained unit commitment( SCUC) problems within Lagrangian Relaxation framework is partitioned into two stages: one is to obtain feasible unit commitment states; the other is to solve the economic dispatch of generation power among all the generating units. The core of the two stages is how to judge the feasibility of unit commitment states. Two necessary and sufficient conditions and some necessary or sufficient conditions are also presented,which are crucial for judging the quasi-feasibility of a SCUC and especially for constructing a near optimal power generation schedule. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed conditions is illustrated by using the standard IEEE testing data.
