新型盘式制动器液压系统研究

【摘要】 盘式制动器是煤矿运输环节负责制动的关键设备,多采用液压系统进行控制,制动效果欠佳。本文主要通过选取电液比例阀、二位三通阀和二位四通阀等,采用两级制动方式对盘式制动器液压系统进行控制,并对液压系统关键部件进行了选型和计算。该系统制动力大,工作灵活稳定,敏感度高,可实现有效制动,对煤矿安全生产具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 The disc brake is a key device used for braking during coal transportation, and the hydraulic system was usually applied to control the disc brake with poor braking effect. In the paper, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve, two-site three-way valve and two-site four-way valve were applied, and two-stage braking mode was put to use to control the hydraulic system of the disc brake. In addition, the sizing and calculation of key components of the hydraulic system were conducted. The brake was characterized by large braking force, flexible and stable operation and high sensitivity, and could realize effective braking. The brake possessed positive significance for safety production in collieries.
