【摘要】 利用DEA模型测度五个高新技术行业2003-2009的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率和投影分析,结果发现,近几年高新技术产业制造业的技术进步的提高快于资源配置的提高,高新技术R&D绩效效率的总体增长主要受技术进步与创新的影响较大;在五个行业中,航空航天制造业无论技术效率、规模效率都是最低的;通过投影分析,得出我国高新技术企业科技人员投入和经费投入比例不合理是导致科技活动效率低的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technical progress and innovation are the core factors of the development of high- tech industry,which should be restricted by R&D input. The paper adopts the method of DEA to analyze the high technology industries R&D efficiency through calculation of technical efficiency chanced pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency technical development index and total factor index. Through the projection analysis,the proportion of investment of high- tech enterprises in our country that science and technology personnel and funds is not reasonable is the cause of the low efficiency of the science and technology activities.更多还原
