开展大学生自我教育对培养创新人才的重要性研究

【摘要】 自我教育作为新形势下培养创新人才的新途径,是大学生受教育方式革新的客观要求。本文就市场经济条件下,自我教育在大学生主体意识的发展和价值观念的新取向以及创新人才的培养方面所担当的重要角色进行分析。

【Abstract】 Self-education as a new way to cultivate innovative talents under the new situation is the objective requirements of innovative ways of education of college students.In this paper,under the conditions of market economy,analyzes the important role of development of self-education in college consciousness,new values and training of innovative talents.
