【摘要】 本研究基于对31所农村幼儿园的调查,研究了农村幼儿园管理现状,发现了幼儿园资金投入不足,地理分布不均,管理制度不健全等问题。提出了政府应加大对幼儿园的投入力度、完善相关政策及制度、加强师资队伍的建设,加大管理力度促进农村幼儿园的发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this research we investigate 31 rural kindergarten in Xiantao,Yichang,the surrounding area of Wuhan City to analysis the current situation of rural kindergarten management.It has found that kindergarten insufficient capital investment,geographic distribution and the management system is not sound.Government should increase investment of kindergarten,improve the relevant policies and institutions,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,strengthen the management of rural kindergarten to promote the development of it.更多还原
