安徽储藏物粉螨孳生调查

【摘要】 采集安徽省17个城市的商店库房、药材仓库、居民房舍和学校食堂等场所的储藏谷物类、干果类和房舍灰尘类等样本,分离其中的孳生粉螨,从而了解安徽省房舍和储藏物孳生粉螨种的情况,为粉螨的防制提供理论依据。从150种样本共获得粉螨29种,隶属于7科20属,其中以腐食酪螨、粗脚粉螨、伯氏嗜木螨和粉尘螨为优势螨种,以仓库储藏物中螨类孳生数量最多。本次调查结果表明安徽省房舍和储藏物中粉螨污染严重,应采取积极措施控制粉螨孳生降低粉螨为害。

【Abstract】 Acaroid mites,commonly found in human dwellings and stored products,are important source of inhalant and contact allergens,and has been recognized as an important cause of allergic disorders as well as serious damage to the products in stores.The current study was aimed at investigation of the species and breeding density of acaroid mites in the houses and stored products in territory of Anhui province,China.We harvested the mite samples from the storerooms of grain/food stores and drug stores,civil houses,school canteens and other areas for cereal storage and dry fruits as well as house dusts,and extracted the mites from the previous samples for examining the breeding density.The results suggested that 29 species of acaroid mites obtained from the total 150 samples belonged to 7 families and 20 genera.The most breeding mites were Tyrophagus putrescentiae,Acarus siro,Sancassania berlesei and house dust mites,and the frequent breeding settings were associated with the stored products in warehouses.We conclude that acaroid mite infestation appears serious in the civil houses and stored products in Anhui areas,for which positive prevention and control of the mite breeding is necessary to reduce the infestation.
