【Abstract】 The university spirit plays a very important role in the education of college students’values.The deepening of the economic system reform in China and the development of economic globalization has led to the lack of university spirit in the education of college students’values.Universities should strengthen the development of teachers’virtues,improve the subjective quality of teachers and the sense of responsibility and practice the university spirit,in the education and teaching;should improve their managerial level and benefit,and educational quality to cultivate and carry forward the university spirit;should carry out the inheritance of modern university,and create and serve the mission of the nation and society to manifest the university spirit;should refine school mottos,give full play to the shaping and exemplary role of great masters for the university spirit,and strengthen the construction of campus culture to improve the character of the university spirit.更多还原
