焦面板精度测量平台的结构设计与分析

【摘要】 天文望远镜焦面板面形精度对其准确的进行星象观测起着关键作用,为了精确测量焦面板在不同工位下的变形,设计一种并联运动平台用于焦面板姿态调整。针对Stewart平台空间姿态调整范围的不足,提出了改进结构布置方案,建立动、静平台球铰转角的数学模型;MATLAB仿真结果表明,动平台运动至极限姿态过程中,动、静平台球铰转角处于极限转角范围内,验证了该方案的可行性,对焦面板面形精度测量工作具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The surface accuracy of astronomical telescope focal plate is a key to accurate stellar observation.To conduct accurate deformation measurement for focal plate in different stations,a 6-DOF Stewart platform is designed for attitude adjustment.For the small adjustment range of a classic 6-DOF Stewart platform,an improved structural arrangement method is proposed in the paper to achieve the ultimate adjustment of the focal plate in horizontal and vertical direction.To validate the feasibility of the method,a angle change model is set up for the ball hinge of the moving and static platform.Simulation results in MATLAB suggest that the ball hinge angle change of moving and static platform is within the range of the limiting angle in the process of the moving platform adjusting to ultimate attitude.The proposed method has some degree of guiding significance in accurate surface measurement of focal plate.
