【摘要】 对2012年国内外大型碳捕集与封存(CO2Capture and Storage,CCS)项目的建设与立法方面的最新进展进行了分析,概述了已投入运行的、正在建设与规划中的大型CCS项目,介绍了我国CCS项目进展概况,并阐述了CCS发展存在的问题与障碍。

【Abstract】 This article analyzed the latest development of construction and legislation of large-scale CO2 Capture and Storage(CCS) projects at home and abroad in 2012,summarized the large-scale CCS projects under operation,construction and planned,introduced the development of CCS in China,and figured out the problems and obstacles on the way of development of CCS.
