热处理工艺对高氮不锈轴承钢G30组织与性能的影响
Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high nitrogen stainless bearing steel G30
【摘要】 研究了高氮不锈轴承钢G30退火及不同温度淬火的组织特征和硬度变化。结果表明,G30钢退火后组织为粒状珠光体+氮化物;淬、回火组织主要为马氏体+未溶氮化物+残留奥氏体,未溶氮化物类型为(CrFe)2N1-x。1030℃淬回火组织中未溶第二相粒径为0.2~1.5μm,弥散分布在马氏体基体上,消除了高碳铬不锈轴承钢中大块的共晶碳化物,对钢的耐蚀性和接触疲劳寿命十分有利。1000~1050℃淬火+深冷处理和回火后,G30钢的硬度达到58 HRC以上。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and properties of high nitrogen stainless bearing steel G30 annealed and quenched at different temperatures were investigated. The results show that the annealed microstructure is granular perlite + nitride and the quenched and tempered microstructure is martensite + undissolved nitride + retained austenite,the nitride is( CrFe)2N1- x. The undissolved second phase particle size is in the range of 0. 2-1. 5 μm,and dispersively distributes on the martensite matrix,which eliminates the bulk eutectic carbide in high carbon chromium bearing stainless steel and benefit for corrosion resistance and contact fatigue life of the steel. After quenched at 1000-1050 ℃ and cryogenic treated and tempered,the hardness of G30 steel can be reached over 58 HRC.
