【摘要】 目前我国正在大力推进农业信息化。农村弱势群体的信息行为和信息能力将直接影响我国农业信息化的进程。本研究通过对湖南农村弱势群体的信息需求和信息行为的实地调研,了解到农村弱势群体的信息认识整体不足,信息工具拥有不够,信息应用能力不强,并分析了其原因,期望能为农村弱势群体的信息能力提升提供一些帮助。更多还原
