【Abstract】 On the basis of the existing research literature,this paper introduces the system theory into the research on overseas merger and acquisition of enterprises.Based on the data of 216overseas merger and acquisition of China′s listed companies,it makes the analysis on the correlation between five dimensions of host′s system and overseas merger and acquisition of China′s enterprises.It draws the conclusion that government regulation,economic freedom,political system and cultural difference are the important factors influencing China′s enterprise′s overseas merger and acquisition.更多还原
