【Abstract】 Researched the winding density of rotor, the factors affected the winding density of cheese on rotor are set. In actual work, we should reduce the factors which affect the winding density to a low level as far as possible to reach a balance, in this way, the forming quality of rotor cheese can be improved effectively, thus the high-quality cheese can be supplied for the downstream process.更多还原
