【摘要】 目的探讨原发性肝癌TACE治疗前后血清尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)表达变化的影响因素。方法收集100例经TACE治疗的原发性肝癌患者的临床资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测TACE术前3天、术后3、7、14、28天血清uPA含量,采用重复测量方差分析法、广义估计方程等对uPA含量变化的影响因素进行分析。结果门静脉癌栓、肿瘤转移是TACE期间血清uPA含量变化的影响因素。结论利用血清uPA含量作为参考判断再次TACE治疗时机时,需均衡考虑是否存在门静脉癌栓、肿瘤转移等因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact factors of serum urokinase type plasminogen activator(uPA) expressing in patients with primary hepatocelular carcinoma(HCC) before and after TACE.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with HCC were collected,and serum uPA was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) 3 days before TACE and 3,7,14 and 28 days after TACE,respectively.The impact factors of serum uPA were analyzed by using repeated measure analysis of variance and generalized estimating equations.Results The metastasis of HCC and portal vein thrombus were the major impact factors for the serum uPA content.Conclusion When determining the timing of retreatment of TACE based on serum uPA content,the impact of different prognostic factors,such as portal vein thrombus and HCC metastasis should be taken into consideration.更多还原
