【Abstract】 Talent training is the fundamental task of colleges and universities,which is realized through teaching management.Academic learning management is the concrete embodiment of the"student-centered"concept in the teaching management.Combined with year’s practice and exploration into the academic learning management in Southeast University,this paper analyzes the characteristics of college students’academic learning management and the necessity of the implementation of humanistic management and elaborates the effective route of"studentcentered"concept to the college students’academic learning management in order to enhance the level of its management.更多还原
