【摘要】 目的:探讨笑气吸入镇痛在结肠镜诊疗中的应用。方法:回顾分析320例无痛结肠镜患者的临床资料。结果:317例均顺利到达结肠末端完成镜检,3例由于直肠癌、结肠癌术后肠段解剖位置改变未能完成全程结肠检查。无痛256例,轻度疼痛59例,两者占98.4%。镜检过程患者情绪稳定,记录R、HR、SpO2、Bp均在正常范围波动。结论:笑气吸入镇痛在结肠镜诊疗中具有镇痛效果良好、安全可靠、操作便捷、价格低廉的优点,是门诊无痛结肠镜检查首选的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia in painless colonoscopy.Methods 320 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of them had successfully undergone colonoscopy,reached the terminal ileum.Three cases of Postoperative colorectal cancer failed to complete a full colon examination,because of the changes in anatomical position.256 cases were painless,59 cases were mild pain.Patients were emotional stability during the examination.Records of R,HR,SpO2,BP fluctuations were in the normal range.Conclusion Inhaling nitrous oxide analgesia in colonoscopy clinics has good analgesic effect.It is safe and reliable,convenient operation,low-cost advantages,painless outpatient colonoscopy preferred anesthetic method.更多还原
