【摘要】 研究城市(县城)市政公用设施固定资产投资的影响因素有助于推动城市的快速健康发展。采用面板协整分析方法,建立河北省城区居住人口、城区居住用地对城市(县城)市政公用设施固定资产投资影响模型。研究发现,城区居住人口、城区居住用地面积与城市市政公用设施固定资产投资显著正相关,基于此,提出促进城市化发展的相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Studies on influencing factors of fixed assets investment in municipal public facilities contribute to rapid and healthy development of city(county).This paper uses the panel Co-integration test method,make a model to analyze the relation between municipal infrastructure investment in fixed assets and urban population,urban residential land.The results of the study show that urban population and residential area have a significant positive correlation to municipal public infrastructure investment in fixed assets.Then we put forward some policy suggestions on urbanization.更多还原
