【摘要】 目的探讨一次性胃管与输液器联合使用加体位干预对克隆恩病患者灌肠的治疗效果。方法便利抽样法选取2008年3月至2011年10月在山东大学附属省立医院和济南市中心医院收治的克隆恩病患者64例为研究对象。按照患者入院先后,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。在给予规范药物治疗的同时,观察组患者采用一次性胃管与输液器联合使用加体位干预灌肠法;对照组采用常规灌肠方法。治疗2周后,对两组患者临床症状缓解情况以及肠镜检查结果进行比较。结果两组患者治疗2周后,在黏液脓血便、腹痛、腹泻以及其他症状缓解方面和结肠镜检查结果方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论一次性胃管与输液器联合使用加体位干预解决了普通灌肠法对克隆恩病患者达不到治疗效果的问题,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of stomach tube and infusion apparatus combined with body position interventions on enema patients with Crohn’s disease.Methods From 2008 to 2011,a total of 64 patients with Crohn’s disease(Grohn)from two hospitals were recruited and assigned into observational group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups all received standard drugs therapy.Patients in the observational group were given stomach tube and infusion apparatus combined with body position interventions on enema while patients in the control group were given the normal enema methods.Clinical manifestation,positive signs and results of enteroscopy were compared between the two groups.Results Bloody mucopurulent stool,abdominal pain and diarrheal and other symptoms were significantly released after two-week’s treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Stomach tube and infusion apparatus combined with body position interventions may solve the problem which can not be solved by traditional enema method for enema patients with Crohn’s disease,which calls for further clinical application.更多还原
