【摘要】 目的探讨造血干细胞移植后并发肠道血栓性微血管病的护理对策。方法回顾性总结3例造血干细胞移植后并发肠道血栓性微血管病患者的发病情况及采取的相关护理措施。结果 248例造血干细胞移植患者术后并发肠道血栓性微血管病3例,发生率为0.01%,3例患者均死亡。结论血栓性微血管病的病死率极高、预后很差,医护人员应提高对该病的认识,做到早诊断、早治疗,护士要做好各项治疗配合及护理工作,以降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing interventions of intestinal thrombotic microangiopathy caused by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods To retrospectively summarize the incidence and nursing measures of 3 patients with intestinal thrombotic microangiopathy caused by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Results A total of 3 patients out of 248 complicated with intestinal thrombotic microangiopathy after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.The incidence was 0.01% and all of the 3 patients were dead.Conclusion With high mortality rate,intestinal thrombotic microangiopathy is characterized with poor prognosis.Health care providers should collaborate to improve the understanding of the disease,so as to make early diagnosis and early treatment to decrease the mortality.更多还原
